The PomoTasks name, logo, source code, and all visual assets are the exclusive property of PomoTasks. PomoTasks is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall PomoTasks or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or productivity interruptions.
